Tom Etter is the President and CEO of ETTER Engineering, a leading company in the combustion and process heating industries. Beginning his career as an R&D Engineer at Textron, he joined ETTER Engineering in 1992 as the third generation of his family involved in the business, taking over as the President in 1999 and driving significant expansion of the company's capabilities and operations.

Tom has solidified ETTER Engineering's position as a national leader in combustion and process heating, driving operational excellence across industrial client applications.
