James Athans is the business development leader for the Southwestern U.S. at BioSqueeze, Inc., bringing more than 33 years of global experience in drilling, completions, remedial, and stimulation operations. He began his career in the Permian Basin and went on to manage operations across North Africa, Russia, and the Middle East.

A pioneer in horizontal multi-stage completion technology since its early development, James has published extensively and is known for aligning innovative technical solutions with practical, results-driven field execution across diverse operating environments.
