Jack Belcher is a principal at Cornerstone Government Affairs and also serves as vice president of Sustainability and Energy Value Advisors, and managing director of the National Ocean Policy Coalition. With over 30 years of experience, He has worked at the intersection of government relations, public policy, and sustainability in the energy sector.

Jack advises both private and public sector clients on regulatory strategy, climate-related disclosure, stakeholder engagement, and sustainability practices. His background includes leadership roles at Shell, Hart Energy, and on Capitol Hill with the U.S. House Subcommittee on Energy and Mineral Resources.
