BIOGRAPHY

Chuck Greer has over 49 years of experience in exploration and development within the oilfield, working with major operators and service companies, including Chevron and Schlumberger. He is the industry-recognized leader in NORM, well abandonment, facility decommissioning, remediation, and site restoration.

Chuck has collaborated extensively with state and federal regulators on projects across several U.S. states and federal lands. In recent years, he has served as an advisor and subject matter expert for organizations involved in orphan well grant applications and implementation at state, federal, and tribal levels.
